Today’s utilities continue to face pressure and demands imposed by numerous stakeholders including: government, regulatory bodies and consumers. The Smart Energy Alliance believes that utilities can achieve numerous additional benefits in a smart meter implementation that can either range from savings or cost avoidance to overall improved efficiency and drive addtional value.
